It is no coincidence that you found your way here.  You took the first step, which is always the hardest.  I can't promise that it will be all rainbows and butterflies.  However, I can promise that life will be much sweeter when you no longer count calories, restrict foods, exercise obsessively and compare yourself to others. It is possible to reclaim the pleasure of eating, elevate your self-confidence, and rejoice in your body.  

Fasten your seatbelt, my friend.  It's gonna take work to unlearn all that diet culture has taught you because we live in an incredibly body-negative culture that thrives on telling us our food choices are all wrong and our bodies aren't good enough as they are. So if you're struggling with these issues, know that you're definitely not alone.   I promise, you are 💯 worth reclaiming your freedom from diet & wellness culture.  

WHO AM I? 

I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Energy Healer, Yoga Instructor & ACSM Personal Trainer. I offer intuitive eating coaching to help heal your relationship to food, so that you can find freedom and balance and live your most authentic life.  

MY WHY

To help you recognize and reject diet culture in all its forms, tune out the constant noise about nutrition and health, and tune in to your body's intuitive wisdom about hunger, fullness, movement, and rest.

Diets were designed for you to fail, and the repeated failures have undermined your relationship with food and your body!  I am here to support you in cultivating a healthy relationship with food and your body so you can live a more authentic, unapologetic, and liberated life.

We live in a diet-obsessed culture, constantly bombarded with messages about dieting and weight loss. Breaking free from this and committing to healing requires courage, and I want you to know that shifting your focus from the size of your body to how you feel in it will take time. I will guide you in developing a mind-body-spirit connection to food and your body, so you can rediscover the joy of eating and align with your body’s natural rhythms and cycles.  

My approach is highly individualized and I provide a safe, non-judgmental, supportive space for you to get curious and uncover your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs about food and your body. My nutrition coaching includes work in intuitive eating, mindfulness, movement, stress management, boundary setting and so much more. My approach is rooted in decolonialism, anti-oppression, and equality, embracing all bodies, races, gender expressions, and sexual orientations.

HOW 1:1 COACHING WORKS 

You will be sent a series of forms to fill out.  These forms are extensive and I ask you to remember that you will get out exactly what you put in.  I encourage you to fill out the forms as honestly and accurately as possible so that YOU get the most out of our time together.  Your responses are kept completely confidential and I provide a safe, judgement-free space to share.

Once you have completed your forms, please allow up to one month for me to complete a personalized plan for you.  Then, I will send you a calendar link via email to schedule an initial 75-minute virtual consultation to go over the results of your intake forms and address any questions you might have. I will let you put into action what you have learned for the next month.  Then, we will schedule a follow-up, 60-minute virtual consultation to discuss how you are doing and what to focus on next. During this entire time, I will be available via email with any concerns, struggles, or questions. I will also provide you with tons of resources so you can continue on your journey. If you need some extra support down the road, you can always book another follow-up session. Trust me when I say that this will be a lifelong discovery.

Get Started With Nutrition Coaching

  • Initial Consultation

    Once you have filled out your intake forms, I will start with a 75-minute initial consultation, where we’ll explore your relationship with food and body image throughout your life, including your diet history, current eating behaviours, and more.

  • Follow-Up Consultation

    These 60-minute, follow-up sessions can be booked anytime you are in need of support. I will work with you as you dig deep into the roots of your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs about food and your body, as you shift and develop new behaviours.

Elevated Nutrition

Prefer something other than 1-on-1 coaching? I also offer Elevated Nutrition, an online course designed to help you unlearn diet and wellness culture.

This self-paced course gives you lifetime access to all content, including updates as I continue to grow and learn. Diet and wellness culture is pervasive and often sneaks in unnoticed, even for me—but this course is here to help you navigate and overcome it.

  • We are all born as intuitive eaters—eating when hungry and stopping when full. However, as we grow, food rules and restrictions can disconnect us from this natural ability. We’re taught to clean our plates, see dessert as a reward, or associate food with behavior, gradually losing touch with our inner intuitive eater.

    Intuitive eating is a non-diet approach that helps you break free from dieting, heal your relationship with food, and reconnect with your body’s natural cues. It’s not about following rules but about listening to your internal signals and exploring your beliefs, behaviors, and emotions around food for a deeper, more mindful connection.

  • Intuitive eating is NOT a diet and helps you break free from the cycle of dieting and learn how to make peace with all food and exercise.

  • It's important to understand that our sessions will not focus on weight loss. While you may have a desire to lose weight, our goal is to help you find peace with food and your body.

  • This is a common concern. However, it’s important to recognize that the diet mentality often triggers overeating and bingeing. When you make peace with all foods and trust that they’re always available, you can begin to tune in to your body’s natural signals of hunger, satisfaction, and fullness.

  • We often seek quick fixes, avoiding the effort real change requires. Unlike dieting, which feels easy at first but becomes unsustainable over time, intuitive eating is challenging upfront. It involves unlearning diet mentality, silencing your inner food critic, and building new habits. Though it takes time and introspection, once intuitive eating becomes second nature, you’ll enjoy a lifelong relationship with food and self-care rooted in balance and trust.

  • There’s never a perfect time to address diet and wellness culture. Intuitive eating isn’t about achieving perfection—it’s about making small, meaningful changes within the flow of everyday life to nurture ourselves.

  • YES! I work with all clients virtually. You get the same high-quality coaching support without having to leave the comfort of your own home or office. 

  • Holistic Nutrition services are not typically covered by most insurance plans. However, if you have a health spending account, I will provide you with a receipt, which may qualify for full or partial reimbursement depending on your health benefits.
