Energy Tune-Up Session
There are seven energy centers, or chakras, that are associated with specific organs, emotions, colours, and elements. At certain times in our lives, we will all display symptoms of one or more chakras being out of balance. Balancing these centers can physically, emotionally, and/or spiritually affect your health and well-being.
During this 60-minute energy tune-up session, I will use a combination of Quantum Reiki, crystal healing, sound healing with tuning forks (unless you have a condition listed below), and pendulum work to balance and integrate all the chakras. My work is intuitive, therefore each session will be different and will be catered to your needs at the time. The energy tune-up itself is 60 minutes in length. However, allow approx. 90 minutes, so we have some time together before and after the session to chat.
The ultimate goal of energy healing is to raise your vibration (the energy that courses through you and that you radiate out into the world around you). It is important to understand that different people feel different things, and need different things, and experience different changes as they delve deeper into their inner healing work.
The use of tuning forks is not recommended in the following:
Active Cancer
*Once cancer has advanced in the body, the body may have difficulty processing the energetic input of the tuning forks. Also, the body may not have the resources to manage the detox symptoms that may result from tuning forks.
*These statements refer to cancer that is active or in treatment. Not to cancer that is in remission.
End-of-Life
*The use of tuning forks may overwhelm a body that is in a depleted energetic, end-of-life state.
Pregnancy
*During pregnancy, the body is expending a tremendous amount of energy and the use of tuning forks may overwhelm the system. Also, the body may not have the resources to manage the resulting detox symptoms.
Electrical Medical Implants
*Tuning forks may interfere with the electrical functioning of these devices due to the vibrations. There have been no reports of any negative side effects with newer pacemakers. However, proceed with caution and only on the advice of your medical professional.
Recent Concussion
*After a concussion, it takes some time for the inflammation to resolve. I suggest waiting 3 months after a brain injury before receiving treatment with tuning forks.
Morbid Obesity
*Suppressed emotions and energy can be held in adipose tissue, resulting in unpredictable and strong emotional release and/or uncomfortable detox response.
Metal Toxicity
*Tuning forks may initiate a significant release of toxins from the cells, resulting in a strong detox response for some individuals. Consider seeking guidance for supplements that may support the detoxification process.
*I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and can help you with this process for an additional fee.
I currently offer these sessions out of my home or am willing to travel to you for an additional fee.

I understand that Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment. I understand that Reiki does not take the place of medical or psychological care. I understand that Reiki can complement any medical or psychological care I may be receiving.
I also understand that the body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial. I acknowledge that long-term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself.
