How to Use Crystals Everyday
Healing crystals are not meant to be stashed away in a drawer, pouch, or box. In order for you to experience their power, they are to be kept out where they can be seen, touched, and held. I prefer to keep my crystals on an altar (of which I have a few), that I visit daily as part of my spiritual practice. I encourage you to place your crystals in a place where they can be seen and used daily.
To get the most out of your gemstone, take some time to meditate on its attributes and connect deeply with its energies. It's only after working with a crystal for some time, that you will gain a greater awareness of self and start to absorb the physical and spiritual benefits of each stone. There really is no right or wrong way to use your crystals.
MY TOP 5 WAYS TO INCORPORATE CRYSTALS INTO YOUR DAY
1) Wear crystal jewelry
Wearing crystal jewelry keeps the stones close to your body so you can benefit from their healing and protective vibrations throughout the day.
2) Incorporate crystals into meditation
Each crystal possesses distinct vibrations and healing properties. Meditating with a crystal can facilitate a connection to higher spiritual realms and enhance your inner vision.
3) Create an altar
Establish an altar and adorn it with various crystals. Make it a habit to visit your altar daily and select a crystal to work with.
4) Place crystals around your environment.
Placing crystals in your home, office, or car, will bring their healing vibrations into the spaces you inhabit. You can also put crystals in your bra, pocket, purse, backpack or briefcase to be close to their powerful energy.
5) Infuse water with crystals.
Explore crystal water bottles designed to infuse your drinking water with the energetic properties of crystals. This allows you to enjoy water that has been charged with crystal vibes throughout the day.
*Do not place crystals directly in water, as some, like Selenite, dissolve in water.
