Elevated Nutrition is about unlearning diet & wellness culture. This is not a diet where you count calories, restrict foods and exercise obsessively. I am here to guide you as you tap in, tune in, and turn on your intuition to know what your body needs. No one knows your body better than YOU.
Life is too short not to take pleasure in eating and enjoying one's food. The Dawn Rising community will support you in elevating your self-confidence so you can rejoice in your beautiful body once again and live life on your terms, not at the mercy of some diet & wellness trend.
Elevated Nutrition consists of 10 modules as well as an introductory chapter and closing reflection. To get the most out of our journey together, it is best to read through the entire program from front to back. Then you can go back to the section that is most calling you and start there.
This course should be completed at a slow, thoughtful, comfortable pace. Most importantly, it should be fun. If you are stressing, chances are you are slipping back into a diet & wellness culture mindset. Remember that this is all about transformation and is not a sprint.
If you encounter some setbacks or get stuck along the way, the Dawn Rising community has your back. You will have access to a private Facebook group where you can reach out to others in the community for support.
