Our potential is tremendous but to become the powerful beings we are meant to be, we need to flip our perspective and mix up our routines. Reiki is not only a tool for physical well-being but for mental and spiritual growth as well. Over time, habits and beliefs that do not serve our highest good can restrict the flow of energy in the body, resulting in an imbalance. We can use Reiki energy to help us balance our energy body.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1) How does distance Reiki work?
I will ask for you to email me a photo of yourself before your session. For your reiki session, I will connect via phone or online. We will go over your client intake form first. Then, I will ask you to lie down or get in a comfortable position, close your eyes and I will perform your distance reiki session. You must remove all distractions and have this time to relax. You don't want to be doing any other activities during our time together. During your distance session, energy flows through my hands into your body. The energy will go where it is needed and in the order your body-mind determines. When a body receives Reiki energy, it becomes aware of what is no longer serving it. The practitioner does not decide what needs to be released or when, the wisdom of your body does. Once the body has chosen what it wants to work on, it can release the stuck energy at a cellular level.
2) How to get the most out of your session.
*Drink plenty of water the day before and in the hours leading up to a session.
*Don't drink alcohol or take recreational drugs for at least 24 hours before a session.
*Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables the day before a session.
*You may find it helpful to keep a journal of your experiences during each session.
*Do not wear jewellery during your reiki session (if possible).
*Surrender and trust that your body has the innate wisdom to restore balance.
