My Top 5 Ways to Boost Immune Function

There is so much to be fearful of today when it comes to our health.  We are in the midst of a global pandemic for one.  I want you to remember that your body has an innate ability to heal and is always moving towards balance.  I want to share  some easy ways to boost your immune system because your health is in your hands.  Although there is no guarantee that we won't get sick.  I want you to trust your intuition and carve a little bit of time out of each and every day for some self-care.

1)  Emergen-C packet in pure water daily.
Vitamin C is necessary for the growth, development, and repair of all body tissues.    It is crucial to the proper function of the immune system, the absorption of iron, and the formation of collagen.

2)  1 drop of oregano essential oil in a veggie capsule.
Make sure to always choose therapeutic grade essential oils when taking internally.  Oregano essential oil is very potent, so one drop is all that is needed.  It helps support healthy immune function, healthy digestion and respiratory function.

3)  In a mug combine the juice of half a lemon, a small piece of grated ginger, a tablespoon of Manuka honey, a sprinkle of cayenne pepper.  This is a natural immune tonic containing ingredients you probably have on hand right now.  I make one daily during cold and flu season to support immunity.

"Just as the water reflects the stars and the moon, the body reflects the mind and soul." -Rumi

4)  1 scoop of Vital Proteins collagen powder in my coffee each morning.
Collagen is a complex protein and contains 19 different amino acids, one of which is Glutamine, responsible for a healthy and strong immune system.

5)  Meditate.
Life is stressful and it has been proven that meditation is restorative for the body, which may provide relief for our immune systems.

I am sending you many blessings for a healthy future.
