How to Use Crystals Everyday

Healing crystals are not meant to be kept in a drawer, pouch, or closed up in a box.  They are to be used in order for you to experience their power.  If your crystals are out of sight, they are out of mind.  I encourage you to place your crystals in a place where you see them every day.  Personally, I keep my crystals on an altar, that I visit daily, as part of my spiritual practice.

It is important to remember that the power of any crystal lies within the individual using them.  To get the most out of your gemstone, take some time to meditate on its attributes and connect deeply with its energies.  It's only after working with a crystal for some time, that we will start to notice changes in our behaviour, gain a greater awareness of self and start to absorb the physical and spiritual benefits of each stone.  There really is no right or wrong way to use your crystals.

1)  Jewelry
When you wear crystal jewelry, you have it near your body and are close to its healing and protective vibrations at all times.

2)  Meditation
Each crystal has a unique vibration and therefore healing properties.  Meditation with a crystal can connect you to higher spiritual realms and open up your inner vision.

3)  Altar
Create an altar and place various crystals on your altar.  Come to your altar each day and pick a crystal you would like to work with.

4)  Place crystals around your home, office, or in your car.
Placing crystals in these areas, will bring their healing vibrations to whatever space you choose to put them.  You can also put crystals in your bra, pocket, purse, backpack or briefcase.  Having a crystal on you or near you will keep you near its powerful energy.

5)  Infuse your water with crystals.
There are crystal water bottles you can purchase so can drink water that has been infused with crystal vibes.
