Why you need to try nano CBD?

Personally, I consider CBD a supplement and it has become part of my daily wellness ritual.   I take it in either a gummy or tincture format.  CBD helps when I am experiencing stress and anxiety, it helps me recover faster from workouts, and provides pain during my menstrual cycle, to name just a few.

Recently, I was gifted some Nano CBD from a friend.  Honestly, I didn't expect it to be much different from the full-spectrum CBD I was taking.  I was pleasantly surprised as I found it faster acting.  This compelled me to do a little research as to why.  Here are a few things I dug up.

What is nano?

A nanoparticle is a small particle that ranges between 1 to 100 nanometers in size and can exhibit significantly different physical and chemical properties to their larger counterpart.

Just to give you an idea as to how small this particle size is.  An ant is approximately 1 000,000 nanometers in size. 😉

Why is this beneficial in a CBD oil?

Essentially, the CBD molecule is shrunk down, making it more bioavailable and quicker to absorb, which not only equates to you taking less, the onset of effects is faster.

Nano CBD is water soluble, which means it will completely dissolve in your coffee, smoothie or sparkling water, giving you more flexibility in how you consume it.  Most nano CBD products will be in distilled water.

If you are looking for a high quality nano CBD at a reasonable price, my personal fave is by Sunnyside Botanicals.  Stay calm and carry on!
