I am assuming that you have already got down and dirty with your Halloween pumpkin and have scooped out all the guts and seeds before carving. Instead of trashing the seeds and throwing them in your garbage bin or compost, try this tasty recipe that will keep you lit. 🔥
Pumpkin seeds pack a nutritional punch. They are high in protein, magnesium and zinc. They help boost your immune system to keep you healthy. They are just too good for you to trash.

Ingredients
-
Pumpkin Seeds (scooped out of your Halloween pumpkin)
-
Olive Oil
-
Pumpkin Spice
-
Mana Maple Sugar
Directions
Toss your pumpkin seeds in enough oil (you can use olive, coconut, avocado, etc) to coat them all evenly. The amount of oil used will vary and will depend on how many seeds you scooped out of your pumpkin.
Toss your pumpkin seeds with pumpkin spice. Make sure you use enough to ensure that all seeds are coated.
I added two packets of the Mana Maple Sugar THC/CBG to the pumpkin seeds and tossed until spread evenly.
Bake in oven at 350 for approx. 30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from oven and allow seeds to completely cool on baking sheet before transferring to storage container or they will become soggy.
Recipe Note
*The amount of pumpkin seeds you end up with will really depend on the size of your pumpkin. Therefore, I have kept this recipe as flexible as possible, to account for that difference.
*You can store these in a mason jar in a cupboard for a few weeks or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for a few months.
