Gluten-Free Italian Lemon Cake

I love the lemony flavour bursting through this recipe.  This cake will have you dreaming that you are in Italy.

Recipe Notes
*I have not tried this cake with any other gluten-free flour as the almond flour works great.  
*Will keep in an airtight container at room temperature for 4 - 5 days.  
*You can also wrap the cake in plastic wrap and store in the freezer for up to 2 months.  Defrost at room temperature before serving.
