When Microdosing is not Recommended

There is a growing trend towards psychedelic microdosing.  With more and more research being done in this area, we are seeing some fascinating results.  However, there are times when microdosing is not recommended.  With education, you can make an informed choice as to whether this practice could potentially benefit you.      

WHEN IS MICRODOSING NOT RECOMMENDED

*You are younger than the legal age in your country of residence (19+ here in Canada).

*You are pregnant or breastfeeding. 

*If you live with a mental or physical condition and/or illness. 

*During traumatic life situations, such as grief or loss.    

*In combination with alcohol or other drugs. 

*In combination with some prescription medications.
